"Nature's View" is our beautiful new upscale
house with a private heated pool on Estero Island - Fort Myers Beach, Florida. It is the newest edition to the growing list
of distinctive properties provided by Docbone Vacation Properties. Our house is perfect for couples, families, and family
reunions. Our house is located mid island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our property abuts the Mantanzas Pass
Preserve, a 56-acre Natural Habitat Park with walking trails and several stops where one can sit and enjoy the beauty of the
back bays and watch the dolphins at play. Our property has beautiful tropical foliage, live oak trees, and, of course, orange,
grapefruit, and banana trees for you to enjoy and eat. The beach is only 1000 feet walk away.
Fort Myers Beach offers
miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet skiing, parasailing,
swimming, fishing, and boating. Jet ski and boat rentals are available. The Bay Oaks Recreational Facility is one-half block
away and has tennis courts, basketball, and a large community pool with water slides and lifeguards for the kids. All of these
activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.
Our house offers five
bedrooms and three bathrooms. Our house has new furniture, linens and carpeting throughout. The upper floor has a large master
suite with a king-size bed, large closets, and a TV and DVD player. The master bathroom has a large double shower and his-and-her
sinks.
There are two smaller bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds. Each room
has a small loft above the closet with a twin bed for the kids and TV's.
The kitchen has modern appliances including
a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, and all
the gadgets you will need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine
out, there are many restaurants nearby. There is a large formal dining room with tables and chairs.
The family room
has very comfortable Tommy Bahama furniture, a 32-inch TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater amplifier.
The entertainment unit includes games such as checkers, Backgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. And there is a nice
selection of books.
There is a large balcony with dining tables off the dining and family room areas. The balcony
has a stairway leading down to your private, full-size, heated swimming pool. There are an assortment of pool floats and toys
for your use and enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by large trees and abuts the nature preserve. The yard has a wooden
fence for your privacy.
The lower level of the house has a large family room - entertainment area with a TV and DVD-VCR
combo player. This area also has a day bed (two twin beds). There is a computer which provides internet access. The lower
level has two sleeping areas. There is a second master bedroom with a queen size bed. The kid's sleeping area has a bunk bed
with trundle (three twin beds) and shares a bathroom and shower.There is a TV and DVD player for the kids.
Additional
amenities include use of the two-car garage, FREE local phone calls, central air conditioning and heating, a full-size washer
and dryer, beach towels, and bed and bath linens. Long distance calls require your calling card. There are ceiling fans throughout
the house, in all the bedrooms and on the pool balcony.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and bicycles (4) are available
for you to use. We also have wagons and coolers on wheels for you to use to take your things to the beach.
A new Publix
supermarket, a drugstore, movie theater, and shopping are minutes away walking, by car or island trolley. Please review our

Enjoy
baseball spring training with the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox. Enjoy professional hockey with the Florida Everblades.
Driving
times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and
Tampa (two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (approximately three hours).

Rate Details, Nature's View
Nature's View requires a minimum stay of 7 days. We rent on a Saturday to Saturday
basis.
All reservations require a $1000.00 deposit at the time of booking. A $500.00 security deposit is required.
The security deposit will be returned to you within four weeks after your departure, less any damage or extra cleaning charges.
Cancellation must be in writing. If you cancel at any time after paying the deposit, it is subject to forfeiture unless
full term of your reservation can be rebooked. Once rebooked, your entire deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be
returned.
We do not rent to single groups under 30 years of age. All rentals are subject to 9% sales tax. All accounts
are payable in US funds. Personal checks, traveler’s checks and cashiers checks are accepted. Payment in full is due 60 days
prior to arrival. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed.
