Casa Bones Del Mar is our beautiful upscale house with an enclosed heated pool and lanai on Estero Island -- Fort
Myers Beach, Florida directly across the street from the beach. Our house is perfect for couples, families and family reunions.
The house can accomodate up to 10-12 people. Our house is located mid island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Fort
Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of watersports including jet-skiing,
parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat rentals are available). And there is a community pool with
water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.
Our
house offers three+ bedrooms and 3 baths. Our house has new furniture throughout. A new screen-enclosed heated swimming pool
with a large pool deck has recently been built with a cabana area.
The upper floor has a large master suite with a
new king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico,
Sanibel Island, and spectacular sunsets. There is also a large sitting area with a TV and DVD player on this floor. The master
bathroom has a large shower and a sunken bathtub. There is a queen size air mattress available in case the kids want to sleep
close to mom and dad.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The Queen bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom
has a two twin beds and a TV - VCR combo. Addtional sleeping room is available in the family room with 2 queen size sleeper
sofas.
The kitchen is very modern with new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven,
coffeemaker, toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, and all the gadgets you'll need whenever you are cooking
in. We also have a gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.
The
family room has very comfortable furniture, a 32-inch TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater amplifier.
The entertaiment unit includes games such as checkers, Bacgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. And there is a nice
selection of books.
There is a large balcony with dining tables, off the dining and family room areas providing views
to the gulf of Mexico and cool onshore breezes.
Additional amenities include free local phone calls, central air-conditioning
and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, beach towels and bed and bath linens. Long distance calls require your calling
card. There are ceiling fans throughout the house,in all the bedrooms and on the pool deck.
Beach chairs, umbellas,
chairs and bicycles are available for you to use. We also provide the beach towels.
A new Publix Supermarket, a drugstore,
movie theater, community pool with water slides and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. Please review our
collection of local restaurant menus and brochures describing Fort Myers Beach and nearby tourist activities.
Enjoy
baseball spring training with the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox. Enjoy professional hockey with the Florida Everblades
Driving
times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and
Tampa (two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (approximately three hours).

Casa Bones Del Mar
requires a minimum stay of 7 days. We rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
All reservations require a $1000.00 deposit
at the time of booking. A $500.00 security deposit is required. The security deposit will be returned to you within four weeks
after your departure, less any damage or extra cleaning charges.
Cancellation must be in writing. If you cancel at
any time after paying the deposit, it is subject to forfeiture unless full term of your reservation can be rebooked. Once
rebooked, your entire deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be returned.
We do not rent to single groups under
30 years of age. All rentals are subject to 9% sales tax. All accounts are payable in US funds. Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard,
traveler’s checks and cashiers checks are accepted. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. No pets are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
